Home for the Holidays

Well we had a great time, when we were home. We saw everyone and now we need another vacation. Here are some pictures while we were home.

Updates for David Surgery ~

David went to the doctor today and Dr. Saito is happy with his progress. Monday Jan. 4th he will go in to Childrens Hospital to have a bowel clean out, he will be admitted in at 11 am Monday. Tuesday morning will be his surgery and it should take 2 to 3 hours for the surgery. David will be in the hospital 3 to 6 days from Tuesday. From Monday morning til I'm guessing Friday Brooke, Keith and David will be leaving at the hospital. What FUN !!!!!! More pictures and updates later.

Today David had his first play date with Miss Marley. It was interesting with David cast bc he wanted to hit Marley with it. There is a sock on it right now to keep it dry and clean from spit up and etc. David has a big scratch on the side of his head from where he hit himself with his cast. The sock will stop that at night when he is sleeping. David had fun with Marley he try to kick her off the couch a couple of times but they did play laugh and smile. Also today it snow and David got to go outside and see it for a couple of sec with Daddy until he had to come in. More news and pics later.

We will be home on Monday late. We are trying to get ready for the long 12 hour drive home. We will be home Dec 14 -28. We will try to get around to everyone. This will be the last time we are home for a year. We are trying to come home ever Christmas for a month when we are in Hawaii !!! Can't wait to see everyone.

Surgery is underway. Dr. Sammer said we will more than likely go home when he recovers. The surgery will take a hour and half to 2 hours. Dr. Saito is going in first to poke at David's butt and then Dr. Sammer will start his thumb operation. I will post more when we get more info.
